At Atlas Surgical Group and its affiliated ambulatory surgery centers, we are committed to providing price transparency and exceptional value in surgical care. The prices listed on our website reflect bundled, all-inclusive rates for each procedure and cover the following:

 

• Facility fee

• Surgeon’s fee

• Anesthesiologist’s fee

• Routine, uncomplicated postoperative follow-up care

 

Please note that the duration and scope of postoperative care may vary depending on the procedure. Your surgeon will explain what is included in your follow-up care during the initial consultation.

 

Initial Consultation Fee

 

A $250 non-refundable consultation fee is required prior to surgery and is separate from the surgical package price. If surgery is not indicated, this consultation fee will be retained.

What’s Not Included in the Published Price:

 

 

1. Preoperative Diagnostics

    

   • Laboratory tests, MRI, X-rays, or consultations with specialists (e.g., cardiology, pulmonology) required to assess surgical risk.

    

2. Implants and Surgical Hardware

    

   • Any required hardware (e.g., plates, screws, grafts) will be provided at actual invoice cost, with no markup whatsoever. Copies of manufacturer invoices will be shared with you prior to surgery.

    

3. Overnight Facility Stay

    

   • Postoperative overnight stays at our facility may be arranged on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee.

    

4. Lodging and Travel

    

   • Patient and family lodging, travel arrangements, or transportation expenses are not covered.

    

5. Complications Post-Discharge

    

   • Any medical care, readmissions, or additional treatment required after discharge from our facility is not included in the initial surgical price.

• The procedures listed on our website represent only a partial selection of what we offer. If you do not see your procedure, please call us directly for availability and pricing.

• Prices are non-negotiable and available only for patients who pay in full, in advance.

• These bundled rates are made possible by the elimination of insurance claim processing and the associated risk of non-payment.

• Customized arrangements may be made for HR departments or self-insured entities, including military, government, or corporate contracts.
